All products on this site are digital products. As of right now, there is no shipping that will be conducted on my end. When we get to the point of shipping physical product, we will pass the information along.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
R&C Creative Enterprise, LLC specializes in digital products and services, and does not offer any physical shipments. Once a product or service is purchased, it is considered used and therefore, nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. We provide completely customized designs for small businesses, brands, and organizations, which cannot be resold or reused. Customers have up to 14 business days to provide necessary information to complete their projects. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe results in forfeiture of purchase, unless due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case store credit may be offered. However, all personal customizable products are fully owned by the customer/client after purchase and can be edited and used as they see fit. Thank you for your cooperation.
